Our Servicing Includes

Indoor Units:

  • Remove filters, wash with specialised filter cleaner and rinse.
  • Clean coil with purpose coil degreaser to lift any build-up of dirt/oil etc.
  • Check electrical connections and operation.
  • Check for unusual vibrations and noises.
  • Ensure operation of the heat pump and satisfactory air off temperatures.
  • Dust and clean entire indoor unit.
  • Check drainage.

Outdoor Units:

  • Check electrical connections.
  • Check fan motor/bearings.
  • Ensure installation is safe and meets standards/regulations.
  • Check for unusual vibrations and noises.
  • Check for rust damage.
  • Ensure penetrations are still water tight.
  • Recommend any repairs that may be needed.
